1. PSB certification
PSB certification is a product certification scheme implemented in Singapore that assesses and certifies products for safety, quality, and performance standards. To obtain a PSB Certification, you'll need to submit your products for testing and assessment by an accredited testing laboratory.
2. PSB mark
The mark consists of a “safety logo”, the letters “SAFETY MARK” in a rectangle on the right and a unique 8-digit registration number assigned to your products. The mark must be displayed on your products and marketing materials to indicate that your products have been certified.

- Valid CB test report and certificate (English only);
- Label;
- Circuit diagram and PCB Layout;
- Bill of materials (BOM);

- Contact details of importer or agent in Singapore;

- Fill out the application form;
- Sign the contract and settle the payment;
- Review the technical documentation submitted by the applicant;
- PSB certificate will be issued if approved.
- The certificate holder is a locally registered company in Singapore;
- The certificate is valid for three years;
- If the product is a direct-plug power supply. The plug shall comply with the relevant standards, such as EN 50075 for European plugs, BS1363 or SS 246 for British plugs, and relevant plug test reports shall be provided.
- The certificate is only accepted for a single model and a trademark, not for a series of models;
- If a valid CB test report or certificate is available, test samples are generally not required;
- Applicable standards: IEC standard (or SS standard) and Singapore difference.
4. Factory inspection
There is no factory inspection and annual fees for PSB certificate.
