When does the UKCA marking need to be used?

The new UKCA marking only needs to be used before January 1^st, 2025 if all of the following apply. The product:

is destined for the British market;
is covered by legislation requiring the UKCA marking;
requires mandatory third-party conformity assessment;
conformity assessment has been carried out by a UK conformity assessment body.
