1. CB certification
CB stands for Certification Body. The CB certificate is issued by a group of certification bodies that are affiliated with the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC). The IEC is a global organization that develops and publishes international standards for all electrical, electronic, and related technologies.
CB certification is recognized in over 50 countries worldwide. This means that a product that has been CB certified can be sold in multiple countries without having to obtain individual certifications for each country. This saves time and money and makes it easier for manufacturers to enter new markets.
