1. UL safety test report for Amazon
UL test report issued by laboratory accredited in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025 is required for electrical products sold on Amazon.
GTG Group's laboratories are ISO/IEC 17025 accredited and are authorized to issue UL test report.
2. Difference between UL certificate and UL test report
شهادة UL: a voluntary certification. Need to test products and strict factory inspection quarterly. The whole processes are time-consuming and costly.
UL Test Report: perform test according to the applicable UL standards. Test report will be issue if all the tests have passed and can be used for Amazon audit, but can not used for customs clearance. Factory inspection is not required. Short lead time and cost-effective.

- Parts list: name, model number, rating, and manufacturer information of the part. If the part is UL certified, please advise the UL file numbers. This also applied to the part with multiple suppliers;
- Specification: such as size, rated voltage, rated current, frequency and power…
- Structural drawing or exploded drawing: please indicate the name of each part in the drawing and consistent with the parts list;

- Fill out the application form and send the user manual, technical documents to us;
- Issue a quotation: our engineer will evaluate the applicable standard, testing items required and the cost;
- Send the materials and test sample(s) to our laboratory;

- If the test(s) fails, you will need to make improvements until all the tests have passed and amend the wrong part of the materials (user manual, technical documents…);
- An UL test report will be issued after all the tests have passed.
